Project:

Construction and commissioning of the 70 kV Sanga-Ngombe Matadi HV line and the 70/30/15 kV – 7MVA substation at Ngombe Matadi are being carried out by Contractor the Ray Group Electromechanical.

Consistency of the work

• Construction of a 70 kV line feeder unit at the NSANDA source substation.

These works consist of the supply, assembly and commissioning of electromechanical equipment HV 70kV

• • A line disconnector with MALT
  • A busbar disconnector
  • A 70kV HV circuit breaker
  • Three (3) Voltage transformer
  • Three (3) Current transformer
  • Three (3) line surge arrester
  • Supply and assembly of structures and electrical framework

• • Including civil works and earthing.

2. Construction of a 70kV Nsanda- Gombe Matadi line 35 km long.

This work consists of:

1. • Build the foundations of the pylons
   • Pylons erection
   • Addition of missing angles in the pylons
   • Pulling of the 70kV line

3. Construction of the 70/30 / 15kV- 7 MVA GOMBE MATADI transformer station.

This work consists of:

• • Construction of a 70 kV incoming bay of the Nsanda substation
  • Construction of a transformer protection bay
  • Rehabilitation and maintenance of the 70/30 / 15kV- 7 MVA transformer

Mounting of the following electromechanical equipment;

1. Mounting of one (1) 70kV HV circuit breaker
2. Mounting of one (1) head-of-line disconnector
3. Mounting of one (1) busbar disconnector
4. Mounting of the 6 current transformers
5. Mounting of the 6 voltage transformers
6. Mounting of 6 70kV surge arresters

• • Civil engineering works and earth network of equipment
  • Construction of a control building and two houses of SNEL operators
  • Installation of the exterior lighting of the substation
