Reinforcement of the BADIADINGI substation using a 30/20KV – 15 MVA transformer and electrification of the blackout zones in the southern zone of Kinshasa.

Description of the installations concerned by the project:

• Sous station BADIADING by a transformer 30/20 kV- 15 MVA;

• Construction of an extension with 30 kV outdoor type equipments;
• Installation of a 30/20 kV-15 MVA transformer;
• Construction of a 20kV MT control building

• MV networks

• Installation of 14 prefabricated cabins 30 / 0.4 – 630kV,
• Installation of a 20 kV MV reflection station at 8 outputs;
• Pulling of a line 31 kM in length using a 3x150mm² Alu-24 kV self-supporting cable.

• LV networks

• laying of 3840 meters of armoured underground distribution cables 3x1x95 mm² Cu 1 kV;
• Installation of 32.000 meters self-supporting aerial cables 3xlx70mm 2 + 54.6mm 2 + 2×16 6mm² Alu-1 kV;
• Installation of 2400 BT wooden poles for connecting SNEL customers.
• Installation of public lighting with 960 luminaires of 250 w, sodium vapor with accessories
• Installation of 9000 Prepayment meters.
